Farzaneh Soleimani Neisiani,
(b.1975, Khorramshahr, Iran) She is an environmental artist from Iran,
Born in Khorramshahr, but because of war, at age 5, she returned to her family hometown, Isfahan. After graduating in art from the Faculty of Arts of Al-Zahra University
Since 1374, she has been living in Tehran.
She holds a Ph.D. in Art Research from SHAHED University of Tehran.
And has been active in the field of art education and research since 2003 in the university center, which has been set up with her sister in Tehran.
She has entered the field of environmental art since 2011 and had art experiences with the concern of "Women and Gender Equality".
She tries to find a way to present a cultural heritage in the world of contemporary art, in the context of crafts perennial activity and her undergraduate degree, and always strives for a space of dialogue between old and new art.
For this purpose, since 2015, it has purchased and commissioned an Ecolodge artistic center for the settlement and activity of artists in a village near Isfahan to work as an educational facilitator for the cultural and artistic interaction of human beings in the urban and rural community.
For this purpose, she has participated in various cultural and art festivals and exhibitions in the cities of Hormuz, Qeshm, Sistan and Baluchistan, Kerman, Shiraz, Gilan, Tehran, Kashan, Lorestan and Isfahan.

I learn how to be in harmony with nature, compromise coexistence.
This nature has a broad and endless concept, from still nature to pure nature.
I am not looking for specific and restrictive presentations; I use any tools such as implementation, layout, video, body, and so on in my artistic works.

فرزانه سلیمانی نیسیانی
(متولد1975، خرمشهر، ایران) با شروع جنگ ایران وعراق به زادگاه خانواده‏اش، اصفهان، بازگشت. بعد از پایان تحصیلات دبیرستان، در رشته هنر دانشکده هنر دانشگاه الزهرا پذیرفته شد از آن پس ساکن تهران است. او دارای مدرک دکترای تخصصی پژوهش هنر از دانشگاه شاهد تهران است و از سال 2003 تاکنون در حوزه آموزش و پژوهش هنر در مرکز دانشگاهی که به اتفاق خواهرش در تهران راه اندازی کرده‏ است فعالیت دارد. از سال 2011 وارد حوزه هنر محیطی شد و با دغدغه "زنان و برابری جنسیتی"  در این زمینه شروع به فعالیت کرد. وی تلاش می‏کند با توجه به فعالیت چند ساله در حوزه صنایع دستی و اخذ مدرک کارشناسی آن؛ راهی برای حضور میراث فرهنگی در دنیای هنر معاصر بیابد و همواره بدنبال فضای گفتگو بین هنر قدیم و جدید است. به همین منظور از سال 2015 یک مرکز بوم گردی هنری برای اسکان و فعالیت هنرمندان در یک روستا نزدیک اصفهان خریداری و راه اندازی کرده است تا در نقش یک تسهیل‏گر اجتماعی جهت تعامل فرهنگی هنری انسان معاصر در جامعه شهری و روستایی تلاش نماید. تاکنون در جشنواره و نمایشگاه‏های مختلف فرهنگی هنری با هدف مورد نظر در شهرهای هرمز، قشم، سیستان و بلوچستان، کرمان، شیراز، گیلان، تهران، کاشان، لرستان و اصفهان شرکت کرده است.

بیانیه
می‏آموزم چگونه با طبیعت همسو شوم یک همزیستی مصالحه آمیز.
این طبیعت مفهومی گسترده و بی‏انتها دارد.  از طبیعت بی‏جان گرفته تا طبیعت محض و بکر؛
از انسان گرفته تا هر جاندار دیگری که جهان من و او در "آنی" کنار هم اتفاق می‏افتد.
بدنبال ارائه خاص و محدود کننده‏ای نیستم از هر ابزاری همچون اجرا، چیدمان، ویدئو، بدن و غیره استفاده می‏کنم.
