INVITATION
Introduction
The Arta Contemporary Art Institute intends to hold the Homar festival for the 4th time in October 2020, at the international level in Lorestan province for 4 days. This festival will be in the field of contemporary arts, in the form of exhibition.
Arta Institute was supposed to hold the Homar Festival in the nature of Lorestan with invites twenty international artists active in the field of performance art and environmental art; and an exhibition had been planned as a side program for this festival; With the onset of COVID-19; Live performance programs were eliminated and the exhibition program will be seriously pursued with the presence of more artists.
Perspective
The great attention of artists to the nature, as an appropriate setting for the artistic artworks, benefiting of divine sources in the nature, benefiting of art as a tool to create sympathy among people with different cultures, helping to develop the culture and art, creating an appropriate setting to produce creative works and helping to art and creative improvement by using skills and experiences of the present artists in the exhibition.
Registration and presentation of created works at the international level and creative rich performance art with light in the nature, for researchers and enthusiasts to history of art at the international level and also trying to improve people and artists' attention to the importance and protection of the environment for the present and future generations and introducing Lorestan province and Khorramabd city as a center of art creation in the nature, performing art with light are the other perspectives of this exhibition.
The Festival Statement
The fourth Homar festival, with the performance with light, is considered to artists whom select the nature as a setting to perform their art works, and those artists whom benefits of light as a main tool in their performances. It is especially for those artists whom use ''inner perception'' and ''light'' to show their concerns.

■ Submission deadline: 30th September 2020
■ Duration of Exhibition: 26rd to 29th October 2020
■ Exhibition Venue: Adab Educational Center, Khorramabad, Iran
■ Documents Required For Exhibition:

2. Video or Photo
Please send your photos in JPG format with 300 DPI quality and send the video in Mp4 format.
3. Photo of Artist

* We will reply with a confirmation email letter after we receive your application.
■ Conditions
- The photos will be printed in good quality and size and will be exhibited in the Adab Educational Center, Khorramabad during the 4th international festival of Homar, 26th to 30th October 2020.
- The selected works will be presented by monitor or projector in the Adab Educational Center, Khorramabad during the 4th international festival of Homar, 23rd to 30th October 2020.
- An image of each video selected and one or more images of the submitted artworks, along with a biography and artist's statement, will be included in the festival catalog.
■ Commitments:
1. Respect to region’s culture, customs and religion is required (proper dressing and performances compatible to local culture and traditions).
2. Artist is committed to protect nature and make attempts to leave the least trace in environment. It is better to use the equipment and devices available in nature to perform in a way not to damage the nature. Simple equipment taken must be returned.

معرفی
موسسه هنرهای معاصر آرتا در نظر دارد برای چهارمین بار جشنواره هُمار را در آبان ماه سال 1399، در سطح بینالمللی، به مدت 4 روز بصورت نمایشگاه برگزار نمایند. این جشنواره در حیطه هنرهای معاصر، به شکل عکس و ویدئو در گالری خواهد بود.
موسسه آرتا با دعوت از بیست هنرمند بینالمللی فعال در حیطه پرفورمنسآرت و هنرمحیطی؛ قرار بر این داشت تا جشنواره هُمار را در طبیعت لرستان برگزار کند و نمایشگاهی به عنوان برنامه جنبی برای این جشنواره برنامه ریزی شده بود؛ با شروع بیماری کوید 19 برنامه پرفورمنس حضوری حذف شد و برنامه نمایشگاه بطور جدی و با حضور هنرمندان بیشتری پیگیری خواهد شد.
چشم انداز
جلب توجه بیش از پیش هنرمندان به طبیعت، به عنوان بستری مناسب برای اجراهای هنری، بهره مندی از موهبت های الهی موجود در طبیعت، بهرهگیری از هنر به عنوان ابزاری برای ایجاد همدلی بین مردمانی با فرهنگ های متفاوت، کمک به توسعه فرهنگ و هنر، ایجاد زمینهای مناسب برای ارائه کارهای خلاقانه و کمک به ارتقاء هنر و خلاقیت مخاطبان با استفاده از مهارت و تجارب خاص هنرمندان حاضر در جشنواره از اهداف این جشنواره میباشد.
ثبت و ارائه آثار خلق شده در سطح بین المللی و ایجاد بایگانی غنی از هنر اجرا با نور و اجرا در طبیعت، برای پژوهشگران و علاقه مندان به تاریخ هنر در سطح بین المللی و همچنین؛ تلاش برای جلب توجه مردم و هنرمندان به اهمیت حفظ و بهبود محیط زیست برای نسل های حاضر و آینده و معرفی استان لرستان و شهر خرم آباد به عنوان کانونی برای خلق هنر در طبیعت، و اجرا با نور، در سطح بین المللی از دیگر چشم اندازهای این جشنواره است.
بیانیه جشنواره
چهارمین جشنواره هُمار، با رویکرد اجرا با نور، برای هنرمندانی که طبیعت را به عنوان بستری برای ارائه آثارشان انتخاب میکنند؛ و هنرمندانی که از نور به عنوان ابزار اصلی در اجراهایشان بهره میگیرند درنظر گرفته شده است؛ هنرمندانی که برای به نمایش گذاشتن دغدغه هایشان از « نور» استفاده میبرند.
طبیعت چون گهوارهایست که انسان را در برگرفته؛ جایی که از آن برخاسته ایم و به آن باز میگردیم؛ با این حال برایمان ناشناخته و غریب است و همواره مشغول جستجو در آن و در پی شناختش هستیم. این جشنواره برای برقراری ارتباط سالم و بهره گیری از موهبت های الهی و درگیر شدن با پدیده های طبیعی است؛ تا با توجه به توانایی های فردی و گروهیِ شرکت کنندگان، به ثبت و ارائه آثار خلق شده در سطح بین المللی پرداخته شود.

2. ارسال ویدئو یا عکس در حیطه هنر نور Light Art
لطفا عکسهای خود را با فرمت JPG و با کیفیت 300 DPI بفرستید و ویدئو در فورمت MP4 باشد.
3. عکس پرتره هنرمند

* در صورت دریافت فرم درخواست و مابقی موارد ذکر شده به ایمیل شما پاسخ داده خواهد شد.
■ چگونگی ارائه آثار در نمایشگاه
- عکسها در کیفیت و اندازه خوب، جهت ارائه در نمایشگاه چاپ خواهند شد.
- آثار ویدئویی انتخاب شده در مانیتور و همچنین با استفاده از پروژکتور پخش خواهند شد.
- یک تصویر از هر ویدئو انتخاب شده و یک یا چند تصویر از کارهای ارسال شده بصورت عکس، به همراه بیگرافی و بیانیه هنرمند، در کاتالوگ جشنواره درج خواهند شد.
■ تعهدات :
توجه و احترام به فرهنگ ، سنت و مذهب منطقه، از ضروریات می باشد. (پوشش مناسب و اجراهایی متناسب با توجه به فرهنگ و سنت محلی).
هنرمند متعهد است، طی حضورش در طبیعت آسیبی به آن وارد نکرده و سعی کند کمترین اثر از خود در محیط به جای گذارد. بهتر است فقط از وسایل موجود در طبیعت به شکلی که، به طبیعت آسیبی وارد نشود برای پرفورمنس خود استفاده کند و یا اگر وسایل محدود و ساده ایی همراه داشت حتما آنرا برگرداند.
